Kyriba is hiring a talented Support Consultant. The primary responsibility is providing support and resolving queries for low complexity functional cases focusing on Kyriba’s Cash & Liquidity and Connectivity modules to ensure that client issues are resolved in a clear, concise and timely manner through phone, email or service portal tool.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client queries and issues reported via telephone, e-mail or Kyriba’s client portal.

  • Investigate, replicate and understand issues to provide clearly detailed solutions to clients in a time-sensitive environment.

  • Develop and broaden investigation techniques, product and domain knowledge to provide clear and concise resolutions to complex client enquiries.

  • Detail impact, investigations and findings prior to escalating potential defects to the product teams.

  • Monitor Kyriba’s platforms, to ensure that proactive measures are taken to ensure that clients’ mission critical processes are completed without interruption or delays.

  • Use soft skills to provide best-in-class experience to our clients.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.

  • Participate in day and night shifts

Qualifications:

  • Baccalaureate in related field.

  • Prior experience in application or platform support role.

  • Prior experience in SAAS is highly desirable

  • Case, escalation and customer expectations management through CRM tools (Salesforce, ServiceNow, ZenDesk etc)

  • Basic knowledge of cash management, bank reporting, cash positioning and forecasting, payments (domestic and/or international), in-house banking and general ledger is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity or experience with treasury management systems, treasury operations or portfolio management a plus

  • Experience with a wide variety of Bank Systems Protocols and messaging (eg, SWIFTNet, FTP, SFTP, EBICS, MQ Series)

  • Effective English communications skills, both verbal and written

  • Fluent in Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese, Portuguese or French, is a plus
